HRR Tracker ("the App") is a personal fitness tracking application developed and owned by Annalisa Nash Fernandez ("we," "us," or "our"). The App allows users to log Heart Rate Recovery (HRR) data after exercise sessions for personal fitness tracking purposes only.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy and to the Health Disclaimer and Liability Waiver set forth herein.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of the following:
The App does not require you to create an account. There is no login, no registration, and no user profile of any kind.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only, using standard local storage (AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:
You can delete all stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.
All core features of the App — logging sessions, viewing history, and calculating HRR scores — function entirely offline and make no network requests. An internet connection is only used to load advertisements served by Google AdMob as described in Section 5.
HRR Tracker displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. Google AdMob may collect and use certain information from your device in order to serve relevant advertisements, including:
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under its own privacy policy, which you can review at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not receive, access, or control any data collected by Google AdMob.
On Apple iOS devices, the App will request your permission to track via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any advertising identifier is accessed. You may decline this permission and the App will continue to function normally, though ads may be less relevant.
We do not sell your data to advertisers or any third party. We do not share your health data with Google AdMob or any other party under any circumstances.
HRR Tracker is a fitness tracking tool for personal, informational use only. It is not a medical device and has not been evaluated, cleared, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or health problem.
Heart Rate Recovery data provided by the App is for general informational and personal fitness tracking purposes only and must not be interpreted as medical advice. HRR scores generated by this App are based solely on values you manually enter and are mathematical calculations only — they do not constitute a clinical assessment of your cardiovascular health.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANNALISA NASH FERNANDEZ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, AND YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL CLAIMS, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY HARM, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THIS APP OR ANY DATA, SCORE, ZONE CLASSIFICATION, OR OTHER OUTPUT GENERATED BY THIS APP.
Always consult a qualified physician, cardiologist, or other licensed healthcare professional before beginning, modifying, or stopping any exercise program, particularly if you have or suspect a heart condition, cardiovascular disease, or any other health concern. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you have read or seen in this App.
By using this App you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and liability waiver in full.
On iOS devices, Apple requires apps that access advertising identifiers to request your explicit permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. When you first open HRR Tracker on an iOS device, you will be asked whether to allow tracking for advertising purposes. This permission relates solely to Google AdMob's advertising identifier access. Your health data is never involved in this request and is never shared with any advertiser regardless of your choice.
You may change your ATT preference at any time in your iPhone's Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking.
HRR Tracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Google AdMob is configured to serve non-personalized ads only in contexts where child users may be present. If you believe a child under 13 has used this App, please contact us at the email address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
Because HRR Tracker does not collect or store any personal data on our systems, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, export, or delete. All health data associated with the App resides solely on your device and is fully within your control. To delete all App data, simply uninstall HRR Tracker from your device.
For any data collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's privacy controls at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
